Mallorca Village Becomes the European Centre for Authenticity

S'Arraco, Mallorca, Spain (PRWEB) May 14, 2007 -- Having searched extensively across a variety of European locations, UK author and authenticity guide Neil Crofts, has recognized the village of S'Arraco in Mallorca as a place of exceptional natural beauty, which provides an excellent source of inspiration for individuals seeking a more authentic lifestyle. As a result, the beautiful village of S'Arraco is to become the European capital of authenticity.

Neil Crofts has teamed up with the Ca'n Pujola Foundation, Second Aid and Hotel L'Escaleta in S'Arraco to offer a series of events in the village to help people from anywhere in the world find true happiness and fulfillment. Although this new status as the 'capital of authenticity' will attract new visitors to S'Arraco, the group is committed to contributing to the un-spoilt natural attractions of S'Arraco by encouraging only those visitors who are keen to share this responsibility for the area. Neil has also committed to investing £10/€15/$20 per participant in making Authentic Transformation carbon negative, so that these workshops can contribute to restoring our environmental balance.

Neil ran the first of his Authentic Transformation workshops in S'Arraco at Hotel L'Escaleta in spring 2006 and found it such a natural home for authenticity that he has run a further two events with outstanding results. "S'Arraco is an ideal place for people to think deeply about their lives and take responsibility for how they live. Being away from our normal environment always helps us to gain a different perspective and the weather, scenery and tranquility of Mallorca and especially S'Arraco help people to open their minds up to what they are capable of", Neil explains.

Neil Crofts of Authentic Transformation and Judy Fraser of Second Aid will be running a series of workshops focussing on helping people bring their true selves to different aspects of their life.

In October Neil will return with 'Authentic Transformation Advance' to Hotel Escaleta. This is a "train the trainer" event for coaches, consultants and organisational change agents who want to inspire authenticity in others.

November sees a new event 'Authentic Transformation Works' at the Ca'n Pujola Foundation, an event to help people learn how they can make a living by being themselves either by transforming the nature of the job they are in, by moving to a different job or by creating their own way of making an income.

Timed to coincide with 24 January, the day that has been described as the most depressing day of the year in the UK, the 'Love Factory for Couples' event, also at Ca'n Pujola, aims specifically to help couples recreate the spark in their relationship. The event is jointly run by Neil and his Danish wife Benedicte who is writing a book called "What they didn't teach you about love". Benedicte explains "So many people are unclear about who they are and what they truly want when they start a relationship. Over time this leads to so many unspoken feelings and desires that ultimately it can push a couple apart. 'The Love Factory for Couples' is designed to help people be honest with themselves first and find a positive way to communicate that honesty with their partner and re-find their love for one another. Think of it as a relationship restoration event."

Valentine's Day can be a hard time for singles so there is also a 'Love Factory for Singles'. "Many people are not confident about who they are and so they try to be who they think other people want them to be, while we are doing this it is impossible to form an honest loving relationship. The 'Love Factory for Singles' starts by helping people to be clear about who they are and to love themselves as they are", says Neil. "The event goes on to give participants the opportunity to practice communicating as themselves and to plan adjustments to their lives to reduce tension and build confidence."

Event details:

Second Aid - 'Why me, why now - why not?' (www.secondaid.net)
We get used to being at the back of the queue of movement and we learn to enjoy the exchange with others ahead and behind us as we begin to move slowly and gently. Then all of a sudden we are at the front and things move fast and seemingly suddenly. Have we the courage to move and be moved, change and be changed and to take the responsibility that goes with it? Come and explore inner resources that will uplift and support the process.

Second Aid - 'Take the plunge - why wait?' (www.secondaid.net)
So we bemoan the lack of opportunities but when one comes along will we grab it and run with it? Or will we try to procrastinate until the chance to live more fully and learn new things disappears and we find ourselves in a black hole of the familiar once more. Exploration of inner space enables new opportunities to present externally. Collective energy and exploration enables this movement so join us and find out how.
27 - 30 November 2007

Second Aid - 'Let's do it' (www.secondaid.net)
We have the tools at our disposal, and we have learned to use them. So what is stopping us? As we think for ourselves and allow others the same courtesy - nothing. The way ahead becomes clear and we all have the opportunity to take the next step. Let's do it!
